Emotion-based Social Skills Training (EBSST) is a program that aims to promote the well being of students with Autism Spectrum Disorders and prevent the onset of mental health concerns. EBSST was developed by the Children’s Hospital at Westmead and our trainers are accredited EBSST group facilitators.

EBSST aims to enhance a student’s knowledge of emotional and social skills and the application of these skills in different situations and environments. It provides training to parents on how they can address social and emotional issues and provides training to teachers on how they can respond to their student’s emotional level and behaviour.
